Admission :

-      It is necessary to know how to swim 25 meters minimum.

-      It is necessary for you to bring sport shoes. The other equipments are provided by Aquaventures (life vest, helmet, k-way, paddle…)

-      The classical and sportive course is prohibited for minus 12 years old children.

-      The discovery course is prohibited for minus 8 years old children

Inscriptions :

For the groups which are bigger than 10, we ask for a 50% deposit.

Cancellation :

For a cancelling before at least 8 days before the date of reservation, the deposit will be paid back. Between 8 and 2 days, 50% of the deposit will be paid back. A cancelling 2 days before the date won’t be paid back.

Aquaventures is reserving the right to cancel a service for security reason. In that case, the deposit will be paid back.

Service :

The service is under authority of one or several guides, who have a state diploma, and who are the only one to decide what to do.

Insurance :

Aquaventures subscribes for its customers an insurance contract “civil responsibility”.
